Flexpress work extremely hard to dispatch approximately 450/500 parcels of printed products, on time, per week so it's imperative our delivery partner play their part in delivering on time, without damages. Quite simply we have less late or damaged delivery issues with APC than we have ever previously experienced with other major carriers and believe me we've tried most! APC have a wide range of services to suit our diverse needs and are extremely approachable and better than most at adapting to our needs.
We have been using APC for approx. 4.5years and we find them really easy to deal with. Katie in the office helps us without complaint whenever we have any issues with deliveries, and Bryan the driver who picks up from us is always happy to help when we are running a little behind - he goes above and beyond to suit the needs of the warehouse.
